Greensboro Science Center
The Greensboro Science Center is an aquarium, museum and zoo. The Science Center is located at 4301 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455.
Zoo closes at 4pm seasonally
Petting zoo hours: Weekends only from 10am to 4pm
Exceptions: Closed the day of our annual gala, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Features many different types of animals among them is otters, fish, penguins, and sharks. The aquarium gives the chance to touch rays and small sharks. You will also have the opportunity to watch live fish and penguin feeding.
The inside Tracks: Aquarium Adventure gives a backscene scene of the aquarium. Watch how food for different type of animals is prepared. Feed fish from the top of shark reef.

The outdoor zoo features adult and baby Gibbons, crocodiles, and meerkats. In the farm you will get the chance to pet animals such as goats. You will have the opportunity to watch NC crops grow and explore a farmhouse.
Treetop Adventure Park (SKYWILD)
SKYWILD participants zip, slide, climb, and fly through the trees. Skywild obstacle course is over a large portion of the outdoor zoo. It gives a unique view of the zoo from above.
The museum has giant dinosaurs and the chance to draw your own to take home with you. Experience the high winds of a hurricane inside the wind tunnel. The lower level of the museum has reptiles, insects, and snakes you can touch,
