The Mareeba Public Library is a part of the same library system as the libraries in Chillagoe, Dimbulah, and Kuranda. The Mareeba library is located on the main street in Mareeba.

The Mareeba library offers free wifi in hourly increments. There are also computers with internet available for a fee. As small libraries go, there is a relatively decent selection of books at the Mareeba library. You can also donate books to this library.
To get a library card, you need only two pieces of mail that show both your name and your address in Mareeba.
