The 10th Avenue Historic District is an designated area of historic houses in the Clinton neighborhood. It extends approximately from 1930 - 10th Avenue to 2136 - 10th Avenue. 1
It was designated by the city on May 3, 1988. According to her obituary, Marina Nicolaievna Carlson led the initiative to have the area designated. 2
