On June 24th, 2013, the Alameda County Grand Jury Report was released. The Grand Jury had a lot to say about Oakland.
Because of this report, Council President Pat Kernighan has scheduled a special City Council Meeting for July 25th, particularly to look at censuring Council member Desley Brooks.
