Abbington Arms Apartments is a large apartment building at 377 Lenox Ave. They were built in 1927 as the Lenox Grand Apartments by Louis A. and Myrtle Viereck; Mrytle Viereck was the manager. 1
The building and the adjacent Stanley Court Apartments (which were then known as the Abbington Arms Annex) were sold in 1950. 2
