Alta Arms Apartments is a building at 3500 - 35th Ave. at Redding St., built in 1928. When constructed, they featured Frigidaire refrigerators and Spark stoves.
By 1932, they had changed the name to Alta Casa Apartments. 2 The 1950 Sanborn indicates it has 24 apartments.
