Jack Durnford of San Francisco has an art project and it went on tour. The first stop? Montclair Park's duck pond! Durnfurd was inspired by people waterskiing and decided to make his art float. The art is made on waterproof foam squares and almost all of the materials he uses are recycled/repurposed. The art is safe and doesn't do any harm to the environment.
The exhibit was in Montclair for 30 days wrapped up at the 38th Annual Montclair Fine Art Festival which happened June 28-30, 2013.
