The Avenal Apartments are a large apartment building at 5735 Avenal and Bond (now Bancroft). They were constructed in 1930 by Perry J. Hazen for Leslie B. Magoon. 1
When built they included Frigidaire refrigerators and Marshall and Stearns wall beds.
