They is some history about this location on Church's website's Oakland page, mixed in with dead weblinks that say the church no longer exists, but a commenter on 2015-06-01 says: "This church is still active and is open to all people of different faiths." Considering the well cared for landscaping as you can see in the photo taken in late March 2013, it's still here.
The Church was founded in 1924 in Japan aiming for World Peace.
