The Cordova Apartments is a medium-sized apartment building at 882 Cleveland St. They were built in 1928 for F.E. Hostetter and Robert J. Barr. 1 They also owned the Seville Apartments next door, built in 1927.
When constructed, the apartments featured Marshall and Stearns wall beds. 1
