The Kinetic Arts Center is a circus arts training center at 785 - 7th Street. It "creates innovative and dynamic circus culture through exceptional classes, training and performance." 1
The KAC was founded in 2007 (or 2009?) by Victoria Angello and Jaron Hollander.
