Le Chateau (aka 6357 Broadway Terrace) was built in 1926 as a model home for Rock Ridge Highlands. It was designed by Russell de Lappe.
The model home was owned by Elrod-Oas Home Building Company, built by Elrod Construction, and furnished by Bruener's. 1 c.1942, Einar Oas, part of the development team, lived there with his son, Einar Oas, Jr.
