Melrose Leadership Academy is a dual-immersion (Spanish/English) elementary school located in the Maxwell Park neighborhood in Oakland.

Early in the morning on July 22nd, 2013, 128 laptops and computers were stolen. The computers were worth over $40,000.

Melrose Leadership Academy was originally located at the former Elizabeth Sherman Elementary site, but is now located at the former Maxwell Park Elementary site.
