Architect Sidney B. Newsom lived there with his wife Mary Newsom (and daughter Mary) in 1916, when they had a sensational divorce. Eva Mae Lee (who was named as the other woman in the Newsom divorce) divorced her husband, Charles Franklin Lee, and Eva and Sidney married. 1
