Officer Willie Wilkins Park is a city of Oakland park also known as Elmhurst Park. The park is located at 9700 C Street in the Elmhurst Park neighborhood.
It is named for Willie Wilkins, an Oakland police officer who was working undercover and was shot and killed by two OPD rookies.
