Pho Oakland is a Vietnamese Noodle restaurant located at 807 E 12th Street in East Oakland, (between 8th Ave & 9th Ave).
(510) 451-3688. No delivery, but they do take-out. Most items are under 8 bucks.
They claim to be Oakland's #1 Authentic Vietnamese Noodle Soup, and with many reviews elsewhere online, maybe they are!
Free parking in front.
Outside of the joint looks like a dive, inside it's very nice apparently.
If you think the broth is vegetarian, taste again. It's chicken. Service is quick at about 5 minutes from ordering food to seeing it on your table.
They're open for Lunch and Dinner. But there ain't no WiFi.
