The Physicians Building (sometimes called the De Fremery Building) on the west side of Washington near 13th was completed c.1901, and built by the de Fremery family.
It included 1107, 1109 and 1111 Washington (1213, 1215, 1219, 1223 and 1225 after 1912 renumbering).
When it opened, it was home to C.J. Heeseman's Clothing, F.A. Webster's photo studio, and offices for various doctors.
