The Regina Apartments are an apartment building at 1942 - 47th Ave., constructed in 1927 by J.A. Wickland and Robert E. Bartlett. 1
When constructed, they included Rip Van Winkle wall beds, hardware from Maxwell Hardware, and furniture and bedding from Mulkey Mattress Co. The furnished apartments rented for $35 a month.
