The ArtPark was an installation during the mid-2010s that was spaced around the city-owned lot on Telegraph Avenue between 18th and William Streets. The concrete pads are still in place, but the city continues to dither over the fate of this large piece of prime property. But those few short years, the ArtPark was a fine accompaniment to the Henry J. Kaiser Park with its large Chiodo bronze sculptures, at the west end of the empty lot.
