The First National Bank Building was constructed in 1908. Dillon and King re-opened the Columbia Theatre in April 1911. Kahn's Department Store (currently known as the Rotunda Building) was built in 1912, and it appears construction is under way.
The 150' Latham Square Flagpole was razed on November 28, 1912 to make way for the Latham Fountain.
Eston Cheney began using the stylized CPA Co logo in late 1911.
