Cardio equipment, free weights, full-sized basketball court, volleyball, indoor lap pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna, and group exercise classes. They have daycare services available but it costs additional money on top of the price of the pass. They also have personal training available for additional fees.

From their website you can get a free 7-day pass. Also, apparently you can be a member of this gym month-to-month which is different from Gold's contract requirement of 1-2 years.
