The Peterborough Symphony Orchestra (PSO) is a music group in Peterborough, a.k.a. Musicville Canada.
The Peterborough Symphony Orchestra (PSO) has been a cultural cornerstone of Peterborough for over 40 years, and has developed a reputation as being one of the best community orchestras in Canada.
Yearly they present four or five main series concerts held at Showplace Performance Centre. The optional December evening concert contains more familiar holiday music. The week before March Break school students are invited to attend educational concerts. In June they put a Rock Band on stage with the Symphony and pop music classics.
