Century Post Office (2007)

The office of Alfred B. Mullet, supervising architect of the U.S. Treasury Department, designed this distinctive stone structure, the first federal project in North Carolina following the Civil War. The building's Second Empire style has been maintained despite extensive renovations. In addition to housing Raleigh's downtown post office, the building contains federal offices.
