This eight-story brick-veneered commercial building with classical detailing is an example of early twentieth-century high-rise design. The building's shaft rises from a rusticated base and is crowned by a cornice comprising the entire top floor. The division of the building's facades into three distinct areas relieves the mass of the structure.
