Do you love playing with cool, new products?
Of course you do!
Startup and Play was formed in 2012 as an engaging way to bring consumer-facing startups from across the Triangle together, to showcase to the community. The organizers, Aaron Gerry and Patrick Shampine, believe it's just as important to support local startups as it is to shop and eat locally.
We have created a relaxed, fun, down to earth event for startups to meet potential customers where they already are; a bar! We plan to meet regularly as a way to encourage the community at large to casually enter the world of startups.
Our first meeting is Wednesday, May 30th, 2012. Hope to see you there!
