The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek was build in 1991 by the City of Raleigh with approximately $13.1 million, The Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek has been a key part of the Triangle’s music and entertainment community for several years. With a seating capacity of approximately 6, 847, over half of the 77-acre amphitheater is under a roof. The other portion of the property consists of lawn seating, giving extra room to more than 13, 653 individuals. A convenient location for nearly everyone living in the Triangle, Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion is located on Rock Quarry Road off of the Raleigh Beltline (I-40). 

Guidelines: Because this wonderful venue majorly incorporates the outdoors, remember that weather is a large factor in putting on these events. Rain or shine, Time Warner Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek is dedicated to bringing talent to the Triangle. It is one's responsibility to bring their own sunglasses/hats, umbrellas, rain jackets/ponchos, strollers, blankets, or small lawn chairs to their show.

It is imperative for your preparation to understand that alcohol, illegal drugs, large lawn chairs, cameras with a flash, or any type of video recording media source is prohibited. 

Concessions: Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek offers an assortment of snacks, hot food, meals, desserts, and alcoholic beverages inside of the gates. Although one bottle of water per customer is allowed, food and any type of alcoholic drink are not. With proper identification, one may purchase alcohol from one of the several stands inside. Time Warner Cable encourages patrons to drink responsibly and to establish a designated driver prior to the concert.
