Digital Inclusion is a program developed under the auspices of Broadband RI, itself a project of the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation (Commerce RI). The project's goal is to ensure that all Rhode Islander's have both affordable access to a high quality Internet connection and the skills necessary to use the Internet. 

The three main components of the Digital Inclusion are:

• Digital literacy trainings conducted by Broadband RI
• Low-cost Internet service provided through EveryoneOn
• Low-cost 4G wireless service for non-profits and schools provided through RI Mobile Beacon
