I Street Bridge:  Red headed stepchild to the Tower Bridge

The I Street bridge is a bridge that connects the downtown area to West Sacramento across the Sacramento River via I Street, and serves both rail and automobile traffic.  It is a swing bridge that rotates laterally to let boats pass.  It is located just north of the Tower Bridge, (and is occasionally referred to as Tower Bridge's Evil Twin).  It is a truss bridge with two decks, (automobile above, rail below), and it is painted black.
