"Once you've seen Bigfoot, you never go back" —from the Mike Rugg interview in the Press-Banner March 21, 2007 issue.
The Bigfoot Discovery Museum in South Felton focuses on Bigfoot from both the comedic and the believer's perspective, with humorous displays as well as a giant map pinpointing reported Bigfoot sightings and 'smellings' in our area. The museum is run by the articulate Stanford alumni, Rugg, who had a Bigfoot sighting when he was a child, and has been researching the existence and occurrences of Bigfoot ever since. He's also a talented artist, selling cards of his humorous, and often political Bigfoot illustrations in the museum.
Admission is free, but a donation of $2 or more is suggested.
