Cathcart Street runs East to West for two blocks downtown in Santa Cruz. There are two parking lots at the west end of Cathcart Street.
Bike-Friendliness
Bike lanes are marked. Beware of tree planters that extend into the street. Most of Cathcart Street has parking for cars. Traffic is never too busy for bikes (unless there is a parade).
Public Transportation
The Santa Cruz Metro Center is between Front Street and Pacific Street about one block from Cathcart Street. There are no bus stops on Cathcart Street.
