Felton Empire Road starts in Felton at Highway 9. Across Highway 9 at that point is Graham Hill Road. Felton Empire Road winds 3.7 miles into the Fall Creek Unit of Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and ends at Empire Grade. It is so named because it runs from Felton to Empire Grade.
