Good eats downtown. A cheeseburger plate with fries will run you about 5 bucks. Between 3 and 4pm, buy one (cheese)burger plate, get a second (cheese)burger plate for 1/2 the price. Between the location, the short hours, and the well-deserved popularity, leave plenty of time for parking and waiting. (You can call ahead with your order to alleviate some of this, whether or not you intend to dine in.)
