UCSC ResNet is run by John Rocchio.
Users of UCSC ResNet enjoy a 10Mbps connection with no download cap and a daily 2GiB upload cap. However, they have to suffer through Perfigo and Cisco Clean Access Agent.
Note: Cisco Clean Access Agent can be circumvented through use of Firefox and a special extension that allows you to spoof your User-Agent string so that it appears that you are not running Windows or MacOS. See here for more information.
