Seabright Avenue runs South to North from East Cliff Drive to Water Street. Where it crosses Soquel Avenue it does not run directly across the road, but jogs about 30 feet to the left. (Left going west if traveling north or left going east if traveling south.) At the start of the addresses is the southern most point. It starts at the coast, as a one way going north for one block.
