Summary of Project

The current building is a 2 unit building being converted into a 3 unit building. It involves the addition of a single unit over 2 floors raising the building height from 32 feet to 50 feet. The project adds two additional parking space and conditions the current unusable parking space to a usable parking space. So net, the project adds

- 1 new unit

- 2 new parking spots

What the project requires

- Approval to go up to 50 feet by adding the two floors ( note the height limit is 65 feet) - Conditional Use

- Approval to build into the rear yard set-back for the 3rd floor only ( All the neighbors have it so its asking for equal treatment as other property owners)- Variance
