About 2000-2070 Bryant Street:

  • 274 new apartments for rent, including 113 2-bedroom, 134 1-bedroom, and 27 studio apartments fully consistent with the 2009 Mission Area Plan, Urban Mixed Use zoning and 68-foot height limit
  • 16% on-site affordable homes: 44 permanently affordable units to low-income families
  • 6 "Flex Units" for work, artist studio, retail and residential use
  • Over 5,000 square feet of new arts space, restaurant, and neighborhood-serving retail
  • Over $2MM in Eastern Neighborhoods Impact Fees, and over $500k in school district fees
  • New pedestrian bulb-outs, landscaping, and streetscape improvements along Florida, 18th, and Bryant Streets
  • Public open space including public stairways on Florida and Bryant Streets that will be planted with trees and clad with vibrant tiles
  • No net loss of on street parking spaces and 160 off-street parking spaces, two car share spaces, and 274 bicycle spaces
