899 Valencia Street is the future home to a 18-unit mixed-use condo development. The building is at 20th Street and Valencia Street. It will contain 3 retail stores in addition to the housing units, 18 basement-level parking spots, and the total ground space occupied by the building will be 11,000-square-foot and the building will be 52 feet high.
The SF Planning Commission approved the project in May of 2011, with a 7-0 vote.

The parcel was formerly home to a weird parking lot that was in the place of the (former-former) gas station. It has a chain fence and a few cars parking there regularly. It was a popular post-bar pissing spot.
Prior to being a weird parking lot, the parcel was a gas station.
