F1 International Student Services

As of January 26, 2021, all travelers arriving to the United States must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of recovery from COVID-19 before boarding a plane.

Document Request:

All requests can be submitted via email to f1@sfsu.edu. The request must be sent from your SF State email address.  Requests are processed within 5 business days. We accept digital signatures, scanned copies, and high resolution/clear pictures of the completed form.

The International Student Services provides international students with different resources and advising. The website provides “quick links” such as: maintaining status, taking classes at another school, signature request forms, and how to get a work visa.
