A marketing campaign of sorts which started getting attention of Wednesday, 2014-08-20 in the aftermath of the Michael Brown Protests in Ferguson. The design is a simple I [heart] Ferguson sign, a variant of the iconic I [heart] NY design. The campaign is led by former Ferguson mayor Brian Fletcher. (source)
Items created so far include lawn signs, t-shirts, etc.
One outside observer noted that residents didn't seem to identity much with Ferguson as much as North County or other identifiers. This could be an attempt to build more of an identity around the community of Ferguson.
