Parkdale LibraryTo get a Library Card : Bring I.D. with your name and address to any library. The card is free if you live, work, attend school or own property in Toronto. If you don't fall into one of these categories you have to pay a fee. Kids under 13 need to have their cards signed by a parent or guardian.
