Kokomo's Island Cafe is an island cafe and beach bar found inside Mall of America. They serve America food with a Caribbean twist, calling it "Ameribbean." The menu and the decor at this place is very bright and tropical. The menu features island cuisines from Key West, Hawaii and the Caribbean including Baja fish tacos and coconut shrimp. They also serve a variety of drinks ranging from Pepsi products to alcohol and other non-alcoholic specialty drinks.
