Teavana is a specialty tea and tea accessory retailer. The company was started in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997. However, in late 2012, Starbucks announced it would be acquiring Teavana. With over 200 locations between the U.S. and Mexico, we have multiple locations around the twin cities. Teavana offer samples of a couple types of tea in their shop and their goal is to be "a heaven of tea and to offer our customers the tea lifestyle and wonderful tastes of tea."

This retail chain offer teas and herbal infusions. Some of the categories offered include: "blooming" white, black, flavored and scented, oolong, and white, green, and flavored and scented green teas. Teavana also sells tea products like teapots, cups, steeping materials, and electric tea makers.
