County Road 102 is the easternmost major north-south thoroughfare in Woodland and the eastern boundary of Woodland's residential neighborhoods. It forms a portion of the legal boundary of Woodland, from Churchill Downs Avenue to East Kentucky Avenue and for most of the distance from Bronze Star Drive to County Road 25 (minus a small portion of land along County Road 24).
County Road 102 runs between Highway 113 near Knights Landing and the Davis city limits, at which point it becomes Pole Line Road. The portions of it within Woodland overlap entirely with County Road 102. In Davis, it overlaps with Pole Line Road. Pole Line Road becomes Lillard Drive at its intersection with Cowell Boulevard in Davis. Lillard Drive ends alongside Putah Creek, east of Putah Creek Park and south of Willow Creek Park.
The entirety of County Road 102 overlaps with County Highway E8.
