Matmor Road runs roughly north-south in two segments through eastern and southeastern Woodland.
The northern segment of Matmor Road runs between East Beamer Street and Lemen Avenue. It intersects Cannery Road.
The southern segment of Matmor Road runs between East Main Street and Sports Park Drive. In order from north to south, it intersects the following streets:
- Colfax Alley (which heads west only from Matmor Road)
- Eaglerock Alley (west only)
- East Oak Avenue (west only)
- Crystal Springs Drive (east only)
- Dodds Drive (west only)
- Spring Creek Drive (east only)
- Colette Way (west only)

From north to south, it passes by the Woodland Crossroads shopping center (particularly Tractor Supply Hardware and Sherwin-Williams Paint Store), Quik Stop, Woodland Veterinary Hospital, Grooming by Elaine, Prairie Park/Prairie Elementary School, and Woodland Christian School. Its south end faces the Woodland Sports Park across Sports Park Drive.
The southern segment of Matmor Road has been planted with street trees, primarily south of Towse Drive. The street trees include the invasive weed species Flowering Pear/Callery Pear (Pyrus calleryana). They also include Red Maple (Acer rubrum), European Hornbeam (Carpinus betulus 'Fastigiata'), Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica), Chinese Pistache (Pistacia chinensis), Japanese Flowering Cherry (Prunus serrulata), and English Columnar White Oak (Quercus robur 'Fastigiata').
