Ann Arbor is the Washtenaw County seat, take Interstate 94 west for about 30-45 minutes. A slower way is to take Huron River Drive or Ecorse Road, although neither reach Ann Arbor directly.
You will most likely travel there for University of Michigan sporting events, but a lot more is offered in Ann Arbor as well. The city has it's own Localwiki page.
