12th Street is a public street in Marysville that runs between J Street and Ellis Lake and between B Street (on the other side of Ellis Lake) and the Levee Road. East of Yuba Street, the eastern segment of 12th Street is known as East 12th Street. The entire length of the eastern segment of 12th Street/East 12th Street (in other words, the entire length east of Ellis Lake) overlaps with Highway 20.

Significant places on East 12th Street include Primetime Pizza, Floyd's Barber Shop, Mescher Door Company, Asian Cuisine, Barber Place, Edward Jones, and Ted Langdell Creative Broadcast Services.
