Indian Creek is a creek that is about four miles long and flows into Bullards Bar Reservoir about three miles southeast of Challenge. It has also sometimes been known as Woodville Creek.1

Slapjack Creek flows into Indian Creek about three miles east of Challenge.

There are many other creeks in nearby counties that are also called Indian Creek. These include a tributary of the Yuba River north fork and a tributary of the Yuba River middle fork, both of which are located in Sierra County.

Indian Creek also should not be confused with Injun Creek or Indiana Creek.
