Marysville Road runs between Highway 20 in Browns Valley and Highway 49 in Camptonville. It forms the southeastern border of Loma Rica and the northwestern border of Rancho Loma Rica, and also passes through Oregon House and Dobbins. Between Oregon House and Dobbins, it is also known as County Road 20.

From west to east, significant places on Marysville Road include Dr. Thomas Neuschatz, M.D. and Foothill Towing in Oregon House and Jack's Tax Bookkeeping in Camptonville.
