Miller Lake is an artificial reservoir on the northern portion of Beale Air Force Base, southeast of Smartsville, southwest of Waldo Junction, northeast of Dantoni, and southeast of Marigold and Hammonton. It is formed by Miller Dam on Reeds Creek. At full capacity, it contains 500 acre-feet of water, but its normal water level is only about 200 acre-feet of water.

Dam

Miller Dam was built in 1962 and is owned by the United States Air Force. It is an earthen dam, constructed of rock fill. It is used for flood control and recreational purposes.
