Pacific Gas and Electric Company (better known as PG&E) sells natural gas and electricity in the Yuba-Sutter area and throughout the northern two thirds of California, from Bakersfield almost to the Oregon border. It was founded in 1905 and is currently headquartered in the Pacific Gas & Electric Building in San Francisco. It owns several properties in the Yuba-Sutter area, including the Narrows 1 Powerhouse.

You can pay your PG&E bill in person at any authorized neighborhood payment center, including Video Busters in Brownsville; Ace Cash Express and Wal-Mart in Linda; Circle A Food Mart and Yuba Food and Liquor in Marysville; Village Pharmacy in Wheatland; and Bel Air, the Chevron on Bridge Street, Lil Stop Food and Liquor, U.S. Liquor Mart, and Wal-Mart in Yuba City. Authorized neighborhood payment centers only accept cash, check or money order for payment. You must either present your bill or have your 11-digit PG&E account number available. Keep the receipt for your records; you will need it if you call PG&E about your payment. Payments made by 5:00 p.m. post to your account on the same day—including credit deposits, late notices, and reconnection payments.
